Mrs. Catherine Evans, mother of Walter N. Evans, of Washington, D. C., died Wednesday morning, March 6, at the home of her son. She had been in feeble health for over a year, but passed away suddenly while trying to get dressed. She will be remembered by her many friends in Center Church. She made her home in Crawfordsville from the fall of ’85 until the spring of ’90. She was buried at Delphi beside her husband and daughter. -s
